In‑person workouts in my Kingswells based gym where I coach you through fun but mighty Boxercise workouts along with HIIT, Circuits & Strength work that packs a punch!

Recorded workouts for home: Bespoke video workouts recorded for you, based on your level just like the in person workouts but giving you the space and time to press play when it suits you.

Either way, your movement plan is personalised, progressive and designed to make you feel capable, not crushed.

THE MINDSET WORK:

Alongside the physical work, you’ll get a private podcast feed created just for you.

Short, tailored audio episodes based on what you’re actually going through
Topics like self‑talk, body image, motivation dips, boundaries, confidence and consistency
You can listen on walks, in the car, while you get ready—mindset work that fits your life

This isn’t generic motivation. It’s coaching in your ears, specific to you.
